  • Insurance: We accept various dental insurance plans. Please remember to bring your insurance card to your dental appointment. Our friendly staff will help you file your claims and ensure you receive the maximum benefits from your coverage.
  • Financing plans: We offer dental financing plans for extensive treatments through Cherry and CareCredit. Please discuss this with Dr. Fahmy or our front office staff before treatment.

Billing and Payment Policy

  • We strive to provide our area with the highest quality dental care at competitive rates.
  • To ensure a smooth dental experience, we kindly request full payment at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
  • Before your treatment, we’ll provide a detailed cost estimate based on your specific needs. Please remember that this is an estimate, and actual charges may vary.
  • If you have dental insurance, we’ll estimate your copayment and deductible based on your plan. Please be prepared to pay this amount at the time of service.
  • Insurance claims typically take 15 to 60 days to process. Once your insurance has reviewed your claim, we’ll send a monthly statement for any remaining balance.
  • We kindly request payment at the time of treatment for treatments or services not covered by insurance unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • Please note that you are ultimately responsible for all fees incurred, regardless of your insurance coverage. 

Financial Responsibility

  • Ultimately, patients are responsible for all charges incurred. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with your insurance coverage. Our friendly front desk staff can help you understand your insurance benefits and file claims for maximum coverage.
  • For patients under 18, the accompanying parent or guardian is responsible for payment.
