What to Do Before You Get to Our Office

If you are coming to see us from Eagle’s Landing or Silo Ranch, follow these steps to manage the situation during your drive:

For a Knocked-Out Tooth: Hold it by the crown (the top), not the root. Rinse it gently with water and try to place it back in the socket. If it won’t stay, keep it in a small container of milk or saliva.
For a Broken Tooth: Save any pieces you can find. Rinse your mouth with warm water.
For a Severe Ache: Use a cold compress on the outside of your cheek to reduce swelling. Do not place aspirin directly on the gums, as this can cause a chemical burn.
